Cali Cochitta offers three large guest rooms, one suite and a cottage. Each room has its own private bath with Queen-size beds and cable TV’s. Names of rooms are synonymous with the area's Indian culture.

Suite Cochitta — "Sweet Dreams" has 2 bedrooms adjoined by an open doorway with a curtain closer. 1 room has a queen bed and the adjoining room has a double bed. Perfect for family accommodations. Private bathroom is located just steps outside the doorway.  Views of the LaSal Mountains and nearby Lion's Back Rim.
Season Rate: $130.00 1 room use only & $155.00 for 2 bedroom use (3 persons)
Off Season Rate: $95.00 1 room use & $110.00 for 2 bedroom use.
Suite Cochitta extra guest rate:  Adults 18 years and older $15.00 per person/per night. Children under 18 will be $10.00. Travel crib available for guest use.

Cane — "House Holder" is a very comfortable and spacious room with private bath. Decorated in exquisite furnishings. A queen size mahogany sleigh bed that requires steps to get up onto and matching furniture rest on the original refurbished hardwood floors. French glass doors covered with beautiful detailed draperies make for a very romantic setting.

Cenca — "Very Quiet" is the largest room, with private bath. The beautiful wood furnishings and comfortable atmosphere assures that you will enjoy a good night's rest. This upstairs corner room is very bright with a beautiful view of the nearby La Sal Mountains.

Alebrejas — "Wing Dreams" is located downstairs, and is decorated in beautiful cherry wood furnishings and a private bath. This room has its own entrance and is located close to the main living area of the home.

Willow Cottage: A private cottage with a Queen size rod-iron bed and private bathroom with shower. Satillo tile floors. Bistro table set in sitting area. TV with VCR, bathroom with shower. A/C and refrigerator in your room. Private parking space.   $140.00 season/$95.00 off-season.

Terms & Conditions of Stay:

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the Inn. Smoking is permitted outside only. Check-In time is 4:00-6:00 pm daily. If your travel plans require a late arrival, please call us in advance for Late Check-In Procedures. Checkout time is 11:00 am.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

Guests are responsible for all nights booked. 14 days advance notice on cancellations less a $10.00 handling fee (per room). If less than 14 days than 50% of the nightly rate is retained unless we are able to rebook the room(s) (less $10.00 handling fee). If cancellation is within 24 hours of the date of arrival, we charge 100% of each room(s) nightly rate unless we are able to rebook the room(s).

(LARGE GROUPS ONLY) Multiple nights/Multiple rooms Cancellation Policy:
$500.00 non refundable deposit. Any cancellations need to be made before 30 days of the date of arrival. 30 days or less there will be a 50% cancellation fee per room per night unless we are able to rebook the room(s). If we rebook the room there will be a $10.00 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations made 10 days or less we charge 100% of the nightly rate for each night and each room booked.
