Reservations

We are a small destination property. Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We require a $50.00 (per room or cottage) non-refundable deposit to complete your reservation, and your full payment upon your arrival at Cali Cochitta.


Your Arrival

Check-In time: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Check-Out time: 10:00 a.m.


Length of Stay

We enforce a two-night minimum stay on weekends (Friday, Saturday nights).  However, if we have a room that opens for 1 night only we would love to have you come and stay with us.  Otherwise, you are welcome to stay for as long as you like!


Cancellations

If you cancel 15 days or less, we will retain 100% of each rooms nightly rate. Please understand that you are responsible for, and will be billed for, your entire reservation. If we rebook your room(s) or cottage(s), a full or partial refund will be made.  We recommend purchasing travelers insurance to cover you in the unfortunate event of a death or an emergency situtation that would cause you to have to cancel your reservation with us.

(LARGE GROUPS ONLY) Multiple nights/Multiple rooms Cancellation Policy:
$300.00 non refundable deposit. Full payment due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations need to be made before 30 days of the date of arrival. For 30 days or less we will retain 100% of each room's nightly rate. Please understand you are responsible for and will be billed for your entire reservation unless we are able to rebook the room(s). If we rebook your rooms or cottages, a full or partial refund will be made.


Pet Policy for Cottages

I have read and agreed to the following Pet Policy for cottages at Cali Cochitta Bed & Breakfast and I promise that:
  • My pet is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
  • I will respect other guests staying at the B&B that may not be pet social.  Pets are not welcome at breakfast.
  • I agree that my pet will not be left unattended in my room unless it is in a dog kennel.
  • My pet is free of ticks and fleas.
  • My pet will be with me under my care at all times.
  • My pet will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
  • I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste.
  • I will keep my pet off of all furniture including the bed, chairs.
  • I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay.
  • I agree that I will pay up to a $300.00 cleaning fee if my pet soils the cottage.
